Keeping active during lockdown can be a challenge. We all know it’s good to get out and stay fit, but with many facilities closed and distancing measures still in place it can be hard to keep kids active.
This simple game can help little ones get moving and burning off some of that pent up energy!
Simply roll these exercise dice for a fun game that can be played outdoors, indoors, and socially distanced too!
How to play: Decide on a start and finish line. A referee rolls both dice for each player. The numbered dice indicates how many seconds the player has to make the movement (shown on the action dice) towards the finish line. The player who crosses the finish line first, wins!
1 Print and cut out the dice templates.
2 Fold along the lines of the dice templates.
3 Add glue to the tabs of the dice templates.
4 Fold the dice into a box shape, pressing the tabs down to make them stick. Allow to dry.
5 Get rolling! Run, jump, hop, skip, twirl, leap, and forward roll all the way to the finish line!
