What is the toucanBox Fundraising Programme?

toucanBox helps you to earn money for your organisation. Enrol your group and share your unique code with others. Every time someone uses that code to redeem their first Petite box for FREE, your organisation will earn £5.

We believe arts and crafts are so important to a child’s development that we want to encourage lots of families to embark on new creative journeys. The toucanBox Fundraising programme is our way to say thank you for subscribing to toucanBox.
I want to give back to my school/group by subscribing to toucanBox - what do I do?
The first step is to enrol your group. Simply share this link with your organisation's administrator and ask them to enrol (sign-up takes less than 2 minutes!). Once your group is registered, your administrator will be given a unique code to share with members. Enter this code at signup.toucanBox.com. toucanBox will donate £5 back to your organisation for each box claimed!
Are there are any costs for an organisation to be in the programme?
There are no fees to enrol in the programme.
How do we become an organisation that can be on the receiving end of these donations?
Simply enrol your group online. You will receive a confirmation email verifying your official unique group code. This code may be distributed to your community of members for immediate use! We currently welcome schools, nurseries and PTAs.
How much will be going to our organisation?
£5 each time your group’s unique code is used. There is no limit to how much an organisation can earn.
How frequently will money be sent to my group?
We’ll send you a check every quarter, assuming there has been enough spending to earn a minimum of £25 for your organisation.
Will my organisation need to enrol every year?
No, your official group code may be applied to purchases for many years to come!
What are the responsibilities for my organisation?
In order for your organisation to start earning money, all we ask is that your group coordinator communicates this programme to your community of members. Upon enrolment, we will send your coordinator a confirmation email with promotional material to distribute.
How can I keep track of how much my organisation has earned?
We use your unique code to track redemptions and money earned. To find out how your fundraising is doing, just email our customer service team at [email protected] We'll let you know how it's going.
