Schools Fundraising Terms and Conditions
You are signing up your school or PTA as an affiliate with toucanBox.
- The commission is to be paid to your school or PTA and not your personal bank account. toucanBox will randomly check this to ensure the scheme is not being abused.
- Commission payouts will be made 3 times in an academic year: In the first half term of Autumn, Spring and Summer terms.
- The minimum payment required for a payout is £5.
- Other discount codes can not be used in conjunction with this scheme.
- By requesting a code you are accepting that we can send you emails with marketing promotional materials that may help you promote the scheme.
- This fundraising scheme is only open to schools and nurseries in the UK.
- £5 donation to the school will only be given when the school’s unique link is used. No donation will be given to a school retrospectively if the unique school’s link has not been used.
- Commission Payouts have to be claimed within 6 months of the initial email informing the school or PTA of commissions earned.
By signing up as PTA, headteacher or teacher, you are accepting you are signing up as “co-ordinator” on behalf of your school or PTA and that you will receive emails regarding commission, updates, and marketing promotional materials that may help you promote the scheme.
