Schools Fundraising Terms and Conditions

You are signing up your school or PTA as an affiliate with toucanBox.

  1. The commission is to be paid to your school or PTA and not your personal bank account. toucanBox will randomly check this to ensure the scheme is not being abused.
  2. Commission payouts will be made 3 times in an academic year: In the first half term of Autumn, Spring and Summer terms.
  3. The minimum payment required for a payout is £5.
  4. Other discount codes can not be used in conjunction with this scheme.
  5. By requesting a code you are accepting that we can send you emails with marketing promotional materials that may help you promote the scheme.
  6. This fundraising scheme is only open to schools and nurseries in the UK.
  7. £5 donation to the school will only be given when the school’s unique link is used. No donation will be given to a school retrospectively if the unique school’s link has not been used.
  8. Commission Payouts have to be claimed within 6 months of the initial email informing the school or PTA of commissions earned.

By signing up as PTA, headteacher or teacher, you are accepting you are signing up as “co-ordinator” on behalf of your school or PTA and that you will receive emails regarding commission, updates, and marketing promotional materials that may help you promote the scheme.
