Sometimes kids can find it hard to wind down after an exciting day of play. However, simple activities like finger tracing can help your child to relax by focussing their energy on a calming task. That is why we have created this small finger tracing flip book that you can download and print out.

Just print out our finger tracing shapes, cut along the dashed lines, fold along the dotty lines, and then staple together to make a mini flip book!

How to use the Finger Tracing Flip Book

Place your finger on one of the small circles inside the shape, then trace along the line until you come to the small circle at the end.

Stash your flip book somewhere handy and use it daily as a “calm down” activity.
